To made this over the course of 2 months to learn more about a misunderstood colleague. I spent time to ask her more about her religion, which was very important to her. It turned out that it is part of her belief that she does not cut her hair, which is why most women in her community have a braid. Through weaving, I hoped to bridge cultures.
