Venom Avionics Bay
Venom is the avionics bay of Wasp, an L2 rocket of RMIT’s aerospace rocketry team. The avionics bay was in charge of deploying the parachutes of the rocket, as well as collecting data that could be used for locating the rocket and analysing its flight path post-launch. The rocket was launched, and was successfully recovered. I lead the team in charge of its design, manufacture, and integration.
