Battery-Electric Carbon Fibre Car
Liwanag features a single-shell carbon fibre body, which drastically reduced the weight of the car, improving energy efficiency. The car raced at the Shell Eco-Marathon Asia 2016.

There was only enough budget to fabricate the car body once. Material experiments and were conducted to verify our calculations and improvised process.
Testing an improvised vacuum-infusion setup for airtightness
Sample carbon fibre produced through the improvised process
Sections of the car body was generated using CAD, then cut on styrofoam and glued together. This made the mould for fabrication of a fibreglass mould.
